Just completed a rework of "Summertime", a plexiart piece from last summer. It will also be for sale at the Salt Spring Gallery when we re-open February 20.

"Magic Mountain" #1 is complete. Sometimes a person overworks a piece, and i may have done that in trying to "fix" some issues I was having with this work. Perhaps this is just the beginning of a new phase in my work? I think that could be. I'd like to rework this piece but in an even more abstract way. I have a demo coming up soon (Feb 6) at the Salt Spring Gallery and I may do a whole new piece based on this landscape theme. I find this work is more structured or constrained than i would like, but others may find it fine. I am always looking for ways to improve my work.

Strange Mtn., continued...
I was dissatisfied with my mountain after my work on the bottom of this landscape, and so I decided I needed to alter the mountain itself. This required masking off the bottom of the mountain itself from the rest of the landscape. That done, here is the result which I am happier with.
