Before 2005 - Lots of home exteriors and interiors, residence and restoration & some commercial work... always a challenge on big projects to keep everybody calm!
Many home interior and exteriors. I also worked for 3 Housing Co-ops, Rancho Realty, Park Georgia Realty, and CoHo Management in Vancouver and did ALL their interior work, and on one, VIEWCOURT, I restored all of the windows in their 3 story brick building. That required a huge amount of scaffold, replacing broken window panes and using old fashioned linseed oil wood putty, scraping, sanding, prime sealing and finish coating. I've done it all in residential, from downtown Toronto to Gastown in Vancouver!
