2017 - My last exterior for the year was quite the challenge.

The exterior was very dirty and the gable shingles had been stained with 3 different colours, sometimes all 3 in one section. There was no way that it could have a transparent stain over-top, and look even, so I helped the client through that hurdle to a solid stain that would even all the discolourations out, yet retain the texture-nature of the wood. The arbour areas also were very challenging to clean and restore what with some of the beams deteriorating badly. All fixed, just in time!
