Today I am announcing my official retirement from my trade as a certified painter/finisher. It has been a trade I have loved for over 30 years, but my body, for many years now has been telling me it’s time to stop. So in the fall of last year I began working on getting my Class 4 unrestricted license for professional driving, and I am happy to announce that as of Feb 1 2022 I begin a new career as a transit bus driver here on Salt Spring Island.
